  2011 03 14 003.JPG - While anchored in "Snug Harbour", the kids each made a traditional "calabash bowl".  The fruit of the calabash tree can't be eaten, but halved, cleaned out and dried they make a really useful bowl.  The people of the Caribbean (not only the Kuna) use them for serving food.  You'll also find one in every "ulu" ... for bailing out water!
